Titus 3:1

In Titus 3:1, Paul instructs believers to “be submissive to rulers and authorities, to be obedient, to be ready for every good work.” Pastor Brian Morris explains the biblical meaning of submission, clearing away cultural misunderstandings and grounding the call in Christ’s own example of submission to the Father. Christians are called to live in humble obedience to God, respect governing authorities where possible, and be eager for good works — not as a means of salvation, but as evidence of Christ’s saving grace.
